2021 March – RA9541 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations

Heads Up UAP Makati CBD!

Inviting all UAP Makati CBD Chapter Members this coming March 27, 2021. We have invited a special guest speaker to guide us through the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Fire Code of the Philippines which was released towards the last quarter of 2019.

The COVID-19 Pandemic may have overshadowed its release, information dissemination, and implementation, but nevertheless, we believe that as planners and designers of the built environment, architects play a vital role in fire prevention and protection. Do not miss this chance to learn from one of the most credible persons when it comes to fire safety – Valenzuela City’s Building Official, an architect, and a fire safety practitioner himself –

2021 MARCH – BUILT ENVIRONMENT CONFERENCE 2021

IT’S BACK!!!

UAP MAKATI CBD CHAPTER’S BUILT ENVIRONMENT CONFERENCE 2021

This is a follow-up conference of that was held last February 2020, wherein the Chapter invited architects and allied professionals to discuss various issues and topics surrounding the built environment.
This fiscal year, the conference is expected to be more comprehensive, in-depth, and engaging as it crosses borders, and focuses on lessons we can learn from one of the world’s most livable cities – Melbourne, Australia, with the help of the Australia Alumni Communities Philippines (AACPh), and the partnership with the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP).
We invite you this coming this coming March 6, 2021 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm via ZOOM, to listen and engage with our Australian colleagues who are all active players in architecture and urban development in Australia’s fastest growing city – Melbourne.
