Fees & Dues

How much are the Chapter dues and UAP Annual dues (IAPOA)?

Chapter dues are P600.00 and is valid for one fiscal year (1st July of this year upto 30th June of next year, E.G. Jul 01 2018 to Jun 30 2019). UAP Annual Dues or IAPOA certification is P600.00. Newly Passed Architects or New Members shall have an additional P100.00 as Initial membership Fee to national.

How/where to pay my Chapter dues?

A Member’s chapter dues could be paid only during a General Membership Meeting(GMM) from June upto September of the Fiscal Year. The member could also pay for his UAP Annual dues(IAPOA) as well during this period. The venue of the General Membership Meeting is posted on the chapter website,uapmakaticbd.com/newsandevents/, a couple of weeks before the date of the GMM.

What are Assessment Fees? How much are Assessment Fees?

Assessment fees covers the expenses for paper works print out, token for speakers and sponsors, and serves as additional chapter funds for General Membership Meetings. Assessment fee shall be paid every General Membership Meetings(GMM) with the amount of Three hundred Pesos (Php 300.00)

What are Chapter Dues?

Chapter Dues are Annual membership fee that is requested from members and act as main funding for the chapter’s events and program.

What are the UAP Annual Dues (IAPOA)?

The UAP national annual membership dues that should be paid by a member joining during the year and shall pay the amount corresponding to the full year’s dues.

What is the validity period of my IAPOA Certificate & Chapter Dues?

The chapter and the UAP annual dues covers one fiscal year (1st July of this year upto 30th June of next year, E.G. Jul 01 2018 to Jun 30 2019)

When is the deadline of payment for my Chapter Dues & UAP Annual dues?

Chapter members could pay their UAP Annual dues (IAPOA) thru the Chapter from June to September of the Fiscal Year during the General Membership Meetings only.

What is a General Membership Meeting (GMM)?

a GMM is a monthly event hosted by UAP CBD which is usually composed of a seminars, fellowshipm a forum that addresses the main concern of the profession. a GMM also serves as an assistance to members for their UAP Annual dues payment. Most of all, a GMM is an event that promotes camaraderie and professional among members.

Where/When is the next General Membership Meeting (GMM)?

The venue and time of the next GMM is posted in the website, http://www.uapmakaticbd.com, a couple of weeks before the event. Please always check the website and facebook page of UAP CBD for latest news and updates. Each member is required to RSVP for every GMM.

How to become a member of UAP CBD?

For newly passed Architects, you may write MAKATI CBD upon your first uap sign up! For UAP Members from different chapter, you may request a transfer form from your current chapter, check for the venue of the next CBD GMM, attend the GMM, and submit your transfer form.

How to transfer from UAP CBD to other chapter?

Here are the steps on how to transfer to a different chapter:

  1. Request a transfer form from CBD,
  2. Fill up the form
  3. Settle all chapter dues for the current FY,
  4. Request signature from Current CBD chapter president
  5. CBD chapter president signs the form,
  6. You are now ready to transfer to other Chapter

How to transfer to UAP CBD from other chapter?

Here are the steps on how to transfer FROM different chapter:
1. Request a transfer form from your current chapter,
2. Fill up the form
3. Request signature from Current chapter president
4. check for the venue of the next CBD GMM,
5. attend the GMM,
6. and submit your transfer form
7. Once the CBD chapter president signs the form, you are now a member of CBD!

I’m an OFW and would want to transfer temporarily to a foreign chapter, what are the steps i need to do?
    1. Almost same as the permanent transfer, you have to request a transfer form from CBD,
    2. Fill up the form
    3. Settle all chapter dues for the current FY,
    4. Request signature from Current CBD chapter president
    5. CBD chapter president signs the form,
    6. You are now ready to submit your form to the chapter where you are going to work.
