This is a limited slot in-person Chapter GMM.
IMPORTANT:
The Chapter Board have observed that a number of slots were wasted in the past two in-person GMMs of the immediate past fiscal year wherein some members register but do not attend on the day of the event. Â
To avoid further occurrences, the Chapter will now be implementing the “PAY TO RESERVE” policy wherein members who wish to register to the event shall settle the GMM fee first, and then submit a proof of payment in order to reserve a slot.
In this regard, before you proceed any further, please prepare the following  which will be asked from you later during registration:
1. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (Clear Photo of Vaccination Card);
2. Proof of Payment of GMM fee (Clear Photo of Deposit Slip or Screenshot of Online Fund Transfer with clearly indicated full name and PRC number)
REGISTRATION FEES:
CBD MEMBER – P500
NON-CBD MEMBER – P1,000
NEW MEMBER INDUCTEE – P600
Note: For walk-in CBD Members – P1,000; Non-CBD Members – P1,500, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER!
