Before you proceed any further, please prepare your Proof of Payment of GMM fee (Clear Photo of Deposit Slip or Screenshot of Online Fund Transfer with clearly indicated full name and PRC number)

CBD MEMBER (Goin’ Solo) – P300
CBD MEMBER (Goin’ with S.O.) – P600 (with a date, whether also a CBD member or not)
Note: For walk-in CBD Members (Solo) – P500; CBD Members (with S.O.) – P1000;
